Permabond is used primarily for reducing the color tone of either Hilite or Shadow, when less color intensity is desired. Does not thin out or affect the bonding strength of either. May be used as an additional protective coat over Shadow Lithipicture and similar treated surfaces. Apply thinly but thoroughly.
